Joowon has rich experience in large-scale redevelopment and reconstruction projects, advising on all phases from the establishment of maintenance project associations, general meeting operations, project plan approvals, and management disposition plans, to relocation, demolition, sale, liquidation, and dispute mediation among association members. We also provide legal advisory for public-led development projects such as urban regeneration, urban development, residential site development, industrial complexes, and new town projects, ensuring stable project progression.

- SOC & Private Investment Projects

We have numerous advisory achievements in SOC private investment projects under BTL and BTO models. Our work covers diverse infrastructure projects such as various public and private infrastructure projects. We support the entire process, including project structure design, implementation agreements, financing contracts, collateral arrangements, contractor and operator contracts, risk allocation, and operational management.

- Project Financing & Public Works Advisory

We provide legal services for a wide range of financial structures, including real estate PF, real estate funds, REITs, asset-backed securities (ABS), domestic and selected cross-border real estate investment, and trusts. We design optimal transaction structures that reflect the interests of stakeholders such as financial institutions, developers, and investors, and advise on public works commissioned by government agencies, local governments, and public corporations. Our goal is to maximize project success by integrating risk analysis with expertise in taxation, insurance, labor, and other related fields in line with market trends.
