Attorney Jinwoo Kim received his LL.B. from the Department of Law at Yonsei University and his Master of Laws degree from Hanyang University School of Law, and has been actively practicing as an attorney since 2014. Since then, Attorney Kim has been recognized for Attorney Kim’s capabilities in handling a wide range of civil, criminal, and family cases, and has personally managed numerous cases with significant social impact. Attorney Kim has achieved successful outcomes in many civil and family cases, and has obtained multiple non-indictment decisions and acquittals on behalf of suspects and defendants in criminal defense cases. At the same time, Attorney Kim has also handled numerous criminal complaints on behalf of crime victims, contributing to the protection of victims’ rights and the redress of harm.

Based on such expertise, Attorney Kim has been appointed as a Mediation Commissioner of the Seoul Central District Court, a Member of the Prosecution Investigation Review Committee of the Supreme Prosecutors’ Office, a Member of the Arrest Warrant Review Committee of the Seoul High Prosecutors’ Office, a Member of the Police Agency Civil Petition Mediation Committee, and a Member of the Minor Crime Review Committee of the Seocho Police Station, thereby participating in the decision-making processes of the courts and various investigative authorities. In addition, Attorney Kim has carried out various legal advisory matters for corporations, government ministries, and public institutions, and has been appointed as legal counsel, advisor, examiner, or review committee member for various government ministries and public institutions. Attorney Kim is currently providing assistance to organizations such as the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety, the Korean Sport & Olympic Committee, the Korean Medical Association, and the Korea Pharmaceutical and Bio-Pharma Manufacturers Association.
