Beom-Soo Kim is an attorney at Joowon LLC, focusing on corporate and administrative law matters, including the Personal Information Protection Act, the Act on the Management of Public Institutions, and the National Contract Act. He also has substantial experience in criminal matters, including medical law violations and voice phishing crimes.

Attorney Kim earned his B.A. from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and obtained his M.A. in Law from Pusan National University Law School. He passed the 12th Korean Bar Examination. Prior to joining Joowon LLC in 2024, he worked at INTERPOL and Daehwan Law Firm, advising clients and handling litigation.

At Joowon LLC, Attorney Kim is a member of the Firm’s Construction & Real Estate Group, where his practice includes real estate development, construction, and related M&A transactions, as well as broader corporate advisory and litigation matters.
