Jaehyun Park is an attorney at law specializing in real estate and construction litigation, redevelopment and reconstruction, inheritance and family law, sex crimes, and corporate criminal matters. He advises and represents clients in complex disputes involving real estate development projects, trusts, and property management, as well as inheritance planning and litigation, including inheritance divisions, wills, and compulsory share claims. His practice also encompasses criminal defense and compliance matters for corporate clients across various industries.
Attorney Park earned his Bachelor of Economics from Yonsei University and received his Juris Master degree from Hanyang University School of Law. He completed coursework for a Ph.D. in Civil Law (Inheritance Law) at Seoul National University Graduate School of Law. He was admitted to the Korean Bar after passing the 8th National Bar Examination in 2019.
Prior to joining his current practice, Attorney Park worked at Dongin LLC from 2019 to 2023. He has served in numerous public and institutional roles, including Director of the Korean Bar Association, Member of the KBA Policy Committee, Member of the Seoul Bar Association Planning Committee, and Member of the KBA Law School Development Committee. He is also an Adjunct Professor of Civil Law at Gachon University and serves as a member of several public committees, including the National Health Insurance Appeal and Collection Review Board and the Korea Creative Content Agency Evaluation Committee.
Attorney Park has extensive experience in a wide range of real estate-related disputes, including sales contract cancellations, redevelopment and reconstruction projects, construction defect cases, and urban development matters.
