Attorney Hosung Bae of Joowon LLC specializes in corporate criminal law, providing legal advisory services on a wide range of issues that may arise in the course of corporate management, including labor and personnel matters, anti-corruption compliance, and ethical management. He also possesses extensive practical experience in various criminal areas such as white-collar crime, election matters, industrial accidents, and media-related disputes.

Attorney Bae graduated from the College of Law at Seoul National University, completed the 28th Judicial Research and Training Institute, and served as a Judge Advocate in the Republic of Korea Army. Since being admitted to the bar in 2002, he has practiced law at Kim & Chang and KCL Law Firm before joining Joowon LLC in April 2009, where he continues to serve as a litigator and corporate legal advisor. He has long provided legal counsel to major government agencies, including the Ministry of Economy and Finance, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and the Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH).

Currently, Attorney Bae leads transactions within the Construction and Real Estate Group at Joowon LLC, handling real estate development, construction, and related M&A matters. He brings a wealth of practical experience and professional expertise, and has also served for many years as an executive at one of Korea’s top three entertainment management companies.
